• CPR & First Aid: All staff are certified in pediatric CPR and first aid within 90 days of hire, with live skill demonstrations required.

• Safe Sleep Practices: Staff receive training to reduce the risk of SIDS and ensure safe sleep environments for infants.

• Facility Safety: Fire drills, emergency procedures, and building safety protocols are regularly reviewed and practiced.

• Health Records: TB testing is required for all providers, and we maintain up-to-date health documentation per licensing rules.

• Insurance & Compliance: We maintain active liability insurance and submit all required documentation to the state.
